Fundraising Plan for Small Bites Seat Donation Initiative


Objective

Small Bites will donate 700 Private Dining Club Memberships per month which equates to $10,000 in monetary contributions to support various causes, including nonprofits, businesses, colleges, down payments, scholarships, youth teams or any other noteworthy cause. This initiative aims to provide a unique and impactful way to raise funds while engaging the community and fostering goodwill.

Small Bites will also match all funds raised by your organization!

Fundraising Model

  1. Private Dining Club Donation Program:
    • Small Bites will allocate 700 Private Dining Club memberships monthly to fundraising efforts.
    • Organizations or individuals can apply to receive these seats for fundraising events.
    • Memberships can be sold at a premium, with 50% of proceeds directed to the designated cause.


Monetary Donation Program:

  • Small Bites will allocate $10,000 per month for direct monetary donations.
  • Funds will be donated directly to the applicant or organization.


Implementation Strategy

  1. Process:
    • Small Bites will assign a code and a link for the supporters to purchase a Dine for a Cause (1 year subscription) 
    • Small Bites launches a two-week campaign
    • Supporters go to the link and purchase the subscription
    • Funds will be deposited directly into the individuals or organizations account two weeks after campaign closes. (Or check if requested)


  1. Partnerships and Collaborations:
    • Partner with local restaurants, businesses, and community organizations to maximize outreach.
    • Work with influencers and media outlets to promote fundraising efforts.


  1. Event Planning and Execution:
    • Support recipients in planning fundraising dinners or promotional campaigns using donated seats.
    • Offer marketing support through individuals or organizations platform and social media.


  1. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Leverage email campaigns, social media, and press releases to raise awareness.
    • Highlight success stories and testimonials to demonstrate impact.


  1. Tracking and Reporting:
    • Tracking systems set up to monitor the success of each donation.
    • Provide reports to stakeholders to maintain accountability and encourage further engagement.
